Summary

Program AnalystR&P is looking for a motivated senior-level Program Analyst ready to provide direct support to the United States Maritime Administration (MARAD) customer and more specifically, senior-level programmatic support to the Ready Reserve Force (RRF) Recapitalization program. R&P is a medium-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, Business Financial and Technical Services to government clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare program/project briefings, plans, concept papers, white papers, meeting minutes, action item reports, and other required program planning documentation.Perform operational, administrative, and executive functions for external/internal Project/Program Managers.Analyze and evaluate projects and/or programs to provide project and program managers information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation including financial and contractual data.Develop evaluation methodology and collect and analyze data to determine extent to which goals, objectives and requirements are being met.Implement strategies for deploying and implementing new program planning policy initiatives and measure effectiveness of implementation.Develop documentation, reports, and project plans and prepare and present briefings.Coordinate, facilitate and/or lead project/program meetings and/or events.QualificationsExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office products and tools (primarily Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word).Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant work experienceActive Secret ClearanceExperience working with or for MARAD / US Navy / NAVSEA (Preferred)EEO StatementR&P Technologies provides equal opportunity for all persons and prohibits discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), veteran or marital status, or any other factor prohibited by law.
