The Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in managing complex technology sourcing initiatives and helping to create a modern, technology-enabled procurement function. This role will lead end-to-end procurement activities for software, SaaS, cloud services, and will serve as a leader in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of procurement technology tools to support the source to pay workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging technology and improving procurement processes with a focus on reducing waste and ensuring optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technology tools, including CLM systems, e-sourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on procurement technology, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, integrations, and best practices, including the incorporation of AI into existing processes.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for software, SaaS, cloud, and other technology categories.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies, and support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Legal to review and finalize contract terms, ensuring alignment with company policies, risk tolerance, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract and procurement data within sourcing systems, ensuring transparency and reliable reporting.
- Support the development and enhancement of procurement best practices.
- Contribute to category strategies and long-term planning for technology sourcing.
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
- Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- 7-10+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology sourcing, software licensing, SaaS, and cloud agreements.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement technology tools, such as CLM systems, e sourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, or analytics dashboards
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing procurement technology solutions.
- Proven experience negotiating complex technology contracts, including commercial terms, pricing models, and legal provisions.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across IT, Legal, Finance, and business teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting contract language, evaluating pricing models, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement is a plus.
