Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.Responsibilities may include:Assist Global Sourcing Commodity Leaders in achieving sourcing objectives for assigned commodities while developing functional sourcing expertise.Support the Global Sourcing management team with the preparation and maintenance of weekly reporting metrics and performance dashboards.Assist in integrating global best practices and standardized operating processesCollaborate with global operations teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.Create, update, and maintain sourcing and procurement work instructions, procedures, and process documentation.Conduct spend analysis, supplier research, and data collection to support sourcing initiatives.Support cross-functional teams in executing cost reduction, productivity, and supplier performance improvement initiatives.Maintain sourcing databases and ensure data accuracy across procurement systems.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, Industrial EngineeringProject management coursework/experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query.Experience with SAP preferredSelf-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and a works effectively on a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $23/hr - $31/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo.
