The role also requires expertise in IT, cybersecurity, privacy, technology, intellectual property, real estate, payor contracting, corporate governance, and a strong background in anti-kickback, fraud, and abuse regulatory requirements.Applicants for the Deputy General Counsel position at the company should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 10 years' substantive healthcare legal experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic counselor, pragmatic problem solver, and a sophisticated negotiator, with a proven track record of leading and developing legal teams.
