Summary

Material Expeditor

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is seeking an experienced Material Expeditor to perform related services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command MID-Atlantic Region.

The person selected for this position must be a multi-tasker and have well-developed attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and maintaining records, such as material inventory records and production records manually or using computer.
  • Assisting with expediting of priority requisitions daily as outlined by FLCN warehouse management via GSA Onetouch, phone calls, and Milstrip status.
  • Confers with Inventory Managers to determine overdue material, researches requisition status in operating systems such as MAXIMO, DoD EMALL, Fed Mall, and One Touch, WEBFLIS, Haystack, Fedlog, and GSA Advantage.
  • Provides various supply reports to Supervisors and Inventory Managers including inventory shortages and overages, damaged items, and outstanding material requests.
  • Posts receipts for shop stores using Maximo 7.5 and post Material Receipt Acknowledgement (MRA's) using DOD EMALL and OneTouch.
  • Conducts extensive research for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions or difficult to locate parts.
  • Conducts causative analysis to determine why physical inventory discrepancies occurred so that corrective action can be taken and works on solutions to eliminate the problem from reoccurring. This consists of a complete review of all transactions including receipts, issues, change action location changes, and un-posted or erroneous documentation.

Position Requirements:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance or higher; candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) are preferred as the government will require a T3 investigation.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates Degree in Business preferred.
  • Five (5) years of Navy supply/inventory management experience required.
  • Experience with some of the systems mentioned above necessary.
  • One year of Forklift experience required.
