This role will coordinate and track maintenance requests and facility projects, support reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with government stakeholders and facility teams to ensure accurate and timely project information.Qualifications and Skills Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.Associate's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or certification in Construction Management or a similar discipline.Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comparable business software tools.Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and assignments simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with government personnel, facility managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and status information.Ability to coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.Experience using Service Central, MAXIMO, Infralink, Archibus, or similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.Experience supporting facilities management, maintenance operations, construction, engineering, or project management programs.Previous experience supporting federal government programs or complex facilities portfolios is preferred.Responsibilities and Duties Receive, review, and accurately enter maintenance and project requests into the CMMS.Coordinate with requestors and facility managers to obtain missing information and ensure requests are complete.Route and assign requests to the appropriate personnel, contractors, agencies, or teams.Obtain government direction for requests without established execution methods.Track maintenance activities and projects through completion and provide regular status updates.Generate weekly reports on open and closed requests, project status, and key metrics.Coordinate with global facility teams to support dashboards, reporting, and project tracking.Assist stakeholders with maintaining accurate work request and project statuses.Ensure required project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained in applicable systems.Salary commensurate with experience.Procon offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical/dental insurance and 401(K) plan.full medical/dental insurance401(K) planProcon is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected factor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
