Summary
Executive Protection Agent – ResponsibilitiesProvide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer service.Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure—locks, cameras, access control systems—to ensure operational integrity.Produce detailed, timely incident reports and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.QualificationsExperience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).Certifications & Credentials:Active LEOSA/HR 218 & VA PPSU.S. Passport & Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyPhysical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluationBackground Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningSkills & Attributes:Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communicationTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion, integrity, and professionalismPreferred QualificationsPrior military, law enforcement, or ERT experienceMaryland PI and MD CCW preferredSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident responseMulti-state CCW permitCPR certificationEMT licenseFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and ProcessesBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protectionEqual Opportunity StatementCRISIS24, A GardaWorld Company is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
