Supporting the GSA GO.gov travel modernization program, the full-time Functional Support Consultant will provide functional analysis, requirements management, and governance support while working remotely to ensure successful implementation throughout the system development lifecycle.Key responsibilitiesManage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure alignment from contract requirements through implementationReview and validate system requirements, functional designs, and contractual compliance while participating in governance meetingsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and ensure deployment readinessRequired qualifications5+ years of experience in functional analysis or implementation activities for large enterprise systemsExperience with Federal Government modernization or system implementation programsProficiency in developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)Knowledge of requirements management and governance processesBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
