Seeking a part-time CMMC Certified Consultant to provide expert guidance on achieving compliance with CMMC 2.0 requirements, evaluate organizational readiness, and develop compliance strategies while working remotely.Key responsibilities:Assess organizational readiness by evaluating current cybersecurity practices against CMMC 2.0 levelsProvide certification guidance, including self-assessments and third-party certification processesDevelop comprehensive compliance strategies, addressing necessary controls and continuous monitoring processesRequired qualifications:Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, particularly with DoD contracts and CMMC implementationCertified CMMC Assessor (CCA) and Certified CMMC Professional (CCP)Expertise in NIST SP 800-171 and familiarity with DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 requirementsExperience with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Proficient in tools like eMASS and ACAS, with a strong understanding of federal cybersecurity regulations
