Automotive Service Department Dispatcher

The Dispatcher plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional and timely manner while ensuring quality repairs that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & dispatching work orders
• Monitoring progress & providing updates
• Managing repair documentation
• Coordinating with Parts & Warranty teams
• Maintaining excellent customer relations

Requirements:

We're looking for an individual with professional experience in the automotive industry; specifically previous roles as an Automotive Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Technician! Hands-on experience with dispatch scheduling software and DMS (CDK) preferred. Must have familiarity with automotive service workflows, technician skill levels, and parts management systems.
