PM Security Officer
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is excited to welcome new talent to our Security team as a PM Security Officer. In this role, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and seamless environment where our guests and employees feel supported at all times. What You'll Do
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property through active monitoring, emergency response, and enforcement of hotel policies and standards.
- Conduct routine patrols and oversee operations center functions, including surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and incident response to maintain a secure environment.
- Promote a culture of safety and loss prevention through training, incident reporting, investigations, and ongoing compliance with health and safety protocols.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of security detail experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- CPR/BSLA certification
- Strong time management skills: Ability to prioritize, multitask effectively, and adapt seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform role: knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, and HotSOS is preferred
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. work authorization
What to Expect
- A schedule of working 3- 11:30 p.m. shift daily, at least 40 hours weekly
- A high-activity environment requiring attention to detail, effective cross-department communication and collaboration, and the ability to quickly adapt.
- Quickly delivering clear, detailed reports as a standard shift expectation, meeting requirements for accuracy and timeliness.
