You'll be the voice behind the scenes, answering calls, handling radio traffic, and making sure the right information gets to the right people fast! From managing emergencies to handling day-to-day details, no two days are the same. You'll need to think on your feet, multitask like a pro, and know our procedures inside and out. If you love being in the middle of the action and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you!THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 Per HourThe Day-to-dayDirect and coordinate security officers to handle incidents, emergencies, and service requests across the property with fast and effective actionStay in constant contact with the Global Security Operations CenterMonitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels at all times to quickly spot and respond to potential security issuesKeep clear and accurate logs of all communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activity in real time for reporting and follow-upFollow emergency procedures during events like fires, medical situations, or active threats, while keeping strong communication with local authoritiesWork with police, medical teams, and other outside agencies as needed to give support and share information during incidentsThe Ideal CandidateMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDSkilled communicator with a solid knowledge of radio and telephone operations preferredAbility to quickly and accurately manage security communications and reporting systems preferredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all internal and external guestsThe Perks & BenefitsHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groupsFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts propertiesWellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts#J-18808-Ljbffr
