About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing the legal and risk management function. Key responsibilities for the Deputy General Counsel include serving as the primary legal advisor on complex and business-critical issues, providing strategic legal guidance, and driving continuous improvement of legal operations. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of legal professionals, as well as managing external counsel relationships.
