Description Supervise all on-site activities for ground-up commercial construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards throughout all phases of construction. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation for each project. Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.
