The GC has been around for over a century and have a large base of repeat clients that continue to bring steady work to the company. Description Manage and supervise construction projects within LAUSD, ensuring timely and quality completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules. Profile Managing all field operations from groundbreaking through closeout Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders Maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones Enforcing site safety programs and compliance requirements Leading weekly site meetings and progress reporting Working closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum Ensuring compliance with LAUSD standards, specifications, and procedures Managing inspections, punch lists, and project turnover Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
