Project Manager / Contract Manager (Key Personnel) The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Job Corps, requires professional health and wellness support services to oversee healthcare operations across Job Corps centers nationwide. The contractor supports medical, behavioral health, nursing, and substance abuse programs through policy development, clinical oversight, quality assurance, and technical assistance. Place of Performance: Remote (telework authorized) with occasional travel to Job Corps centers, regional offices, and government meetings as required. Work Schedule: Base Period: October 31, 2026 – October 30, 2027, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST), as required to support contract performance. Occasional travel required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing a residential program similar in size and scope. Experience managing healthcare or residential programs. Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy development, and data management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Labor (DOL) Public Trust suitability determination. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government. Direct all contract operations and personnel. Manage contract performance, schedules, deliverables, and reporting. Supervise Subject Matter Experts and support staff. Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Oversee quality control and continuous process improvement. Monitor contract compliance and resolve performance issues. Ensure timely completion of all reports and deliverables. Manage project risks, staffing, and resource allocation. Maintain effective communication with government stakeholders. #CB
