Senior HUMINT Analyst

Work Location : either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VAClearance RequirementActive Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI PolyINCATech is in search of a Senior HUMINT Analyst matching the following:ResponsibilitiesAt least ten (10) years experience with research and intelligence analysisAt least ten (10) years of experience in HUMINT targeting, lead development, or operational supportAt least ten (10) years ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standardsAt least ten (10) years of experience using IC tools and databases, such as TIDE, Vanguard, or FADE/MISTExperience coordinating with operational elements and collection managers to synchronize targeting efforts with mission objectivesKnowledge of the HUMINT targeting cycle, including identification, recruitment, and productionAbility to visualize and map complex human networks and organizational structuresExcellent communication skills, writing, and briefingKnowledge interacting with government customers and military personnelKnowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environmentsQualificationsForeign language proficiency in a high-priority geographic area of responsibilityExperience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environmentsAbility to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirementsExperience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINTExperience with link analysis tools like Analyst NotebookMaster's degree in: Intelligence Studies, International Relations or Regional Studies OR 6 years of military experience in a related fieldBenefitsOurmostvaluableassetatINCATechisourpeople.Ourbenefitspackageisdesignedtohelpandsafeguardouremployeesandtheirfamilies.Benefits include: Health, Dental, 401K, Vision, Paid Time Off, Life Insurance etc.INCATech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
