Security Officer Lobby Operations

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk responsibilities, and security-related protocols, and/or by assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or visitor information, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site-specific policies.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts, management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
