Security Officer Access Specialist

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Monitor entrances, exits, badges, and visitor registration processes to help support authorized access throughout the healthcare location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related protocols; Document daily activity, access-related events, and incident information in a clear and timely manner, while providing professional assistance to people entering and leaving the location
