Night Dispatcher Job Category: Non-DriverFull-TimeOn-siteRichland, MS 39218, USADescription Job Duties and Responsibilities:Dispatch loads to drivers and ensure that all vital information is passed onto the driver to increase the satisfaction of external customersTrace all shipments transported by driversManage the performance and time-off of all drivers in fleetIssue purchase orders to reimburse drivers for out-pocket road expensesRoute drivers to ensure that D.O.T. requirements are met as well as fuel stop requirementsSatisfy the mileage expectations of drivers in their fleet by monitoring and working closely with Load PlannersQualifications and Minimum Requirements:Associate degree in a business related or communication field preferred.
