Security Officer Armed Patrol Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor for suspicious behavior, theft-related activity, and policy violations, and follow post orders for intervention, reporting, and escalation while assigned to an armed patrol post.; Assist with opening and closing activities, access control, and high-visibility presence at designated areas to deter unauthorized entry and support retail operations.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement and/or management when appropriate.
