Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials in accordance with site requirements, and report access irregularities, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations; Support security-related operations by following post orders, communicating professionally with employees and visitors, and assisting with site response procedures during alarms, emergencies, and/or operational disruptions
