In this role, you will conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis and risk assessments of individuals, organizations, and entities to evaluate suitability, reliability, and potential security risks. Your analysis will support critical decision-making and national security objectives.The selected candidate will play a key role in personnel screening and vetting by leveraging advanced OSINT techniques to identify and assess potential threats. You will analyze complex information, evaluate foreign intelligence collection methods, recognize emerging security risks, and provide actionable intelligence to support mission success.The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, the ability to quickly synthesize complex data, and experience communicating clear, realistic threat assessments with moderate to minimal supervision. You will develop effective risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with security and intelligence professionals to safeguard personnel, programs, and national security interests.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Counterintelligence Analyst willConduct comprehensive vetting and screening of individuals, organizations, and entities to assess backgrounds, affiliations, and potential security risksCollect, analyze, and interpret information from open-source intelligence (OSINT), commercial databases, and other intelligence resourcesProduce high-quality intelligence products, including reports, assessments, and briefings, for a variety of stakeholdersApply structured analytical techniques to identify patterns, assess threats, and provide actionable intelligence and recommendationsConduct investigative research to identify relevant information, emerging risks, and foreign intelligence collection activitiesApply background knowledge to apply principles in counterintelligence to investigative work.Utilize IC community databases, repositories, and inter-agency partners to perform investigations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support intelligence sharing and mission objectivesMonitor emerging threats, technologies, data sources, and analytical methodologies to improve vetting and screening processesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervisionRequirementsSkills and ExperienceThe Senior Counterintelligence Analyst must have:Active TS/SCI Clearance3 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience required; 6+ years preferredExperience supporting personnel vetting, screening, intelligence production, or investigative research in a DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), federal, or national security environment is highly desirablePrior Targeting experienceProficiency in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research, internet investigations, commercial databases, and intelligence analysis toolsDemonstrated experience in personnel vetting, screening, investigative research, and intelligence productionKnowledge of security clearance processes, foreign intelligence threats, and risk assessment methodologiesAbility to interpret and integrate subject matter expert findings into comprehensive intelligence assessmentsProven ability to identify new intelligence sources and develop innovative intelligence collection and research strategiesBackground supporting the US intelligence communityPrior experience in or around Special Access ProgramsEducation and CertificationsThe Senior Counterintelligence Analyst must meet the following:RequiredBachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related fieldPreferredProfessional certifications (e.g., Certified Intelligence Analyst, Certified Security Professional)BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
