Drive the adoption of advanced AI capabilities within U.S. Government and defense environments as an Enterprise Client Partner. This role is pivotal in building relationships across the Department of War, federal agencies, and defense contractors, translating mission needs into deployable AI solutions. As an individual contributor, you will navigate ambiguous, early-stage environments, owning deals from inception to execution while shaping our go-to-market strategy in the defense ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close opportunities within the U.S. Government, Department of War, and defense contractor ecosystems.
- Build trusted relationships with operators, program managers, and technical stakeholders in mission-critical environments.
- Translate real-world mission needs into AI-driven solutions deployable in secure and constrained environments.
- Own the full deal cycle from early discovery and stakeholder mapping through contract execution and expansion.
- Navigate government procurement processes, collaborating with primes, subcontractors, and acquisition pathways.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to align capabilities with mission requirements.
- Drive initial deployments and ensure successful adoption within operational workflows.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and provide insights into government demand signals and priorities.
- Help shape our defense go-to-market strategy, positioning, and early customer footprint.
- Background in the U.S. military, Department of War, or broader U.S. Government ecosystem.
- Experience working at or with a defense contractor or defense tech company.
- Strong understanding of government programs, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in mission-driven environments.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in an early-stage setting.
- Strong communication skills to translate between technical capabilities and mission outcomes.
- Hunger and drive to build, this is a hands-on role with significant growth potential.
Full-time position, remote (DC area).
CompensationBase salary ranges from $220, 000 to $400, 000 annually. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
