Develop a plan of care.Responds promptly and positively to patients, families, co-workers and all other in a respectful, courteous and confidential manner.Greets patients, families, co-works and others in a calm, professional, friendly manner; makes eye contact, initiates conversation, and identifies self by name.Demonstrates knowledge and application of Cottage Hospital and department policies and procedures. Reviews policy and procedure updates from managers and organization. Supports Cottage Hospital/Nursing mission, vision, values, and goals.Able to identify and report any incident that seems unusual or deficient to supervisor/charge nurse. Knows where to find resources to answer questions.Attends staff meetings, completes assignments on time, identifies own learning needs and obtains necessary education to meet requirements of position.Applies education and training to daily work to enhance job knowledge and skills.
