In this role, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide both critical and non-critical patient care in accordance with New Hampshire Patient Care Protocols.Responsibilities include assessing patients, supporting care planning, and carrying out treatments to help achieve positive patient outcomes. You will collect and interpret patient data, recognize abnormal findings, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure timely and appropriate care.The role requires strong prioritization skills, attention to both physical and psychosocial patient needs, and the ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment. You will interact regularly with patients, families, and staff, maintaining a professional, calm, and respectful approach at all times.Additional responsibilities include following hospital policies and procedures, reporting any concerns or unusual findings, participating in staff meetings, and maintaining ongoing professional development.
