Job Overview Ramp & Warehouse Agent at DHL Express Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. Responsible for sorting, loading, unloading, and material handling of time-sensitive cargo in a fast-paced, all-weather environment.Key Responsibilities Perform sort, load, and unload activities and move material with speed and accuracy according to established procedures.Ensure deadlines for business necessity are met.Work in all weather conditions and handle physical demands, including lifting an average of 50 pounds continuously and up to 70 pounds occasionally.Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years of age.Must qualify for an airport security badge or customs clearance for DHL facility access.Must pass a drug screen.Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and climb stairs/ladders.Excellent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Schedule & Benefits 3rd shift, full‑time. Full‑time schedules qualify for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, floating holidays, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement.Eligibility DHL Express USA will only employ individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
