You'll work at Amazon Air's Network Control Center (NCC), reporting to the ASCC Manager.The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, incident response, or investigations. You'll lead real‑time incident coordination during security events across Amazon Air, Prime Air drone operations, and Amazon Air Cargo. You'll review security and safety incidents and elevate when needed based on your expertise and judgment, produce flash warnings and situation reports, investigate workplace violence incidents, and monitor emerging threats, applying risk management best practices to mitigate security risks and resolve critical issues that directly impact the safety of Amazon's global aviation network.You will independently identify risks, drive resolution of problems, and own process improvements to meet the ASCC's risk strategy and operational objectives. This position requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
