Our employees enjoy more than just a great work environment!This position will be based at Washington D.C.Responsibilities:Conduct ongoing assessments of information systems security requirements, perform STIG analysisHighly motivated self‑starter that can run objectives to completion on their ownDefine metrics and reporting strategies that effectively communicate security posture to the clientPresent complex, technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiencesReview scan information from various outputs such as ACAS, HBSS, IP subnetsAnalyze Host Based Security System (HBSS) output and configurationReview and update information security posture within XactaQualificationsAn active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required, SCI Eligibility is requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years)2+ years of experience assessing security controls from NIST 800‑53/CNSS 1253 is requiredExperience with the Risk Management Framework, NIST 800‑37Specific Experience with writing Security Assessment Plans and Reports is requiredStrong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are requiredA professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are requiredThe successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.Telos maintains a drug‑free workplace and will conduct drug testing on all applicants who have accepted an offer of employment.Telos Corporation participates in the E‑Verify program.
