This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our logistics, coordinating deliveries and communication between teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule deliveries of trusses and panels to job sites.Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and project managers.Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals.Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transportation.Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and schedules.Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment.Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.RequirementsProven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role in the construction industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics management.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of construction materials and processes is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.Construction experience required.CDL A preferred.About UsPRO TRUSS & PANEL LLC has been a leader in the construction industry for several years, providing high-quality trusses and panels to our valued clients.
