You'll install, service, and maintain CCTV systems to meet client needs and ensure reliable performance. With your technical expertise and field experience, you help protect what matters most—while supporting UDHG's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities and QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesInstallation, Service & RepairInstall, program, service, and troubleshoot electronic security systems including Access Control, IP Video, Intrusion, Intercom, and Camera systemsInstall and service IP cameras and associated network componentsInstall and integrate electrified hardware and integrated locksetsPerform system testing and ensure proper operation prior to project completionWork with Project Managers to complete jobs accurately and in a timely mannerParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredTechnical KnowledgeBe familiar with security systems including but not limited to: Software House, Brivo, S2, RS2, Kantech, Keyscan, Salto, ButterflyMX, Axis, Hanwha, EagleEye, Turing, Verkada, Cloudvue, and ExacqKnowledge of integrated locksetsMaintain accurate records and documentation of work performedComplete required daily paperwork including time sheets, service reports, and work ordersMaintain proper care and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and suppliesCommunicationCommunicate effectively with our customers and PM TeamAdditional Responsibilities & MiscellaneousPerform other duties as assigned to support Field Labor and corporate objectivesQualifications7+ years of experience in Electronic Security Systems (Access Control, Video, Intrusion, Intercom)Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in:Security installation, cabling, and/or serviceAccess control installation and programmingIP video installation and serviceProficient in Access Control installation and programmingProficient in IP Video installation and programmingKnowledge of IP networking and camera systemsKnowledge of integrated locksets and electrified hardwareValid driver's license with good driving recordCompensation and BenefitsThe listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
