Pizza.)Career advancement opportunitiesWorking with great people in a smaller environmentAffordable health insurance options - just ask for details!This position will work closely with the Transportation leadership team and all CDL Class A Drivers.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Coordinating contractor and driver activitiesManaging inbound and outbound freight flowPlanning and implementing delivery routes for driversEffective communication with terminal operations personnel to build strong connectivity between terminal and corporate operationsManagement of internal operating proceduresProcessing multiple calls simultaneously from internal as well as external customersOwnership of all communication regarding changes that impact internal and external customersVarious reports on production, quality, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepanciesOther tasks delegated by the Supervisor and/or Transportation ManagerThe ideal candidate should possess the following:2+ years of Transportation/Dispatch experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProblem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detailExcellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsA competitive and career oriented mindsetDesire to surround customer with excellence in service#J-18808-Ljbffr
