Overview Location: Detroit, MI, 48209A family owned and operated trucking company is seeking a Full Time Experienced Dispatcher to join our team in our Detroit Office.Qualifications Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience is a must.Previous driving experience is required.Responsibilities Some weekend work.Taking driver and client calls.Receiving and responding to email alerts.Assigning drivers.Load planning, routing, and mapping.Managing deadhead.Tracking and advising.Updating customer portals.Mcloud experience is a plus but not required.Requirements Strong computer skills; data entry is part of the job.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to communicate clearly with both drivers and customers in a busy work environment.Dependable and punctual with a commitment to showing up to work and contributing to a team atmosphere.Excellent people skills, including the ability to work effectively with co-workers and customers.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
