Part‑Time Position.Compensation: Wage starting at $16.50 per hour.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and implement Switchpoint's mission and values and adhere to all policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to all guests of the facilityKeep a daily log of all occurrences within the facility for each shiftMake notes of any special requirements and needs that residents may have (special diets, ADA accommodations, etc.) and coordinate with management to facilitate those needsUpdate maintenance log with maintenance requestsArrange transportation for residents in shuttle vansActively listen to the needs of the residents and act to meet those needs appropriatelyReport any resident concerns to case management and managementSimple cleaning (public bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, etc.)Assist with convenience store transactionsMonitor cameras and log activityComplete perimeter checks around the building and walk‑throughs in the building to ensure the safety and security of residents.
