Additional responsibilities include responding to unexpected delays or breakdowns, supporting compliance with safety and company policies, and assisting with general office and logistics support as needed.QualificationsExperience in dispatching, transportation, logistics coordination, or a related field, preferably in trucking or freight.Strong communication and customer service skills for frequent interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple loads, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.Comfort using dispatch, routing, or transportation management software, as well as basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and data entry.Ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and problem-solve issues such as delays, route changes, or equipment challenges.Knowledge of basic transportation regulations, hours-of-service concepts, and safety-focused practices is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in logistics, transportation, or business is a plus.Willingness to work on-site in Hudsonville, MI, with a dependable attendance record and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
