This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. • Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation. • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods. • Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance. • Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
