This includes a Current Enrollment Verification Certificate, a statement of current enrollment, or an acceptance letter that verifies all required information.Credit for paid and unpaid experience may be given if the applicant shows the actual time spent in activities, such as hours worked per week.Eligibility for consideration is based on responses to the questions in the application.The Fair Chance Act prohibits specific inquiries concerning an applicant's criminal or credit background unless a conditional offer has been made. An applicant may submit a complaint or any other information to the agency within 30 calendar days of alleged non-compliance by contacting the EEO Office at BOP-PRD-EEOOffice-S@bop.gov.After a conditional offer is received, all applicants must pass all screening requirements related to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and a credit check.This position has a basic educational requirement. Individuals applying must be enrolled in a degree program directly related to the position.
