Dispatcher- Russian SpeakingDispatcher of Transportation and Translation ServicesTransportation and Translation ServicesJob SummaryEnsures smooth transportation operations by preparing schedules for drivers and translators, notifying them about schedule changes, and triaging client calls.Principal AccountabilitiesIncoming Calls – Accept current client requests for service, and schedule service, or refer client to appropriate supportive service.Data Entry – Enter data into computer system accurately and immediately when requests are made.Scheduling – Prepare and adjust schedules for drivers and translators that meet client needs and conform to department scheduling standards, while notifying them of any changes as they occur.Training – Maintain professional knowledge by attending agency in-service programs and participating in Trapeze online trainings and seminars.Security and Privacy – Adhere to agency and client protection policies by regularly acclimating yourself with the JFS privacy, safety and security policies made available within the employee handbook.Employee Philanthropy – Participate annually in agency and partner related philanthropic activities and campaigns.Mission Dedication – Embody the mission and values of JFS in all work done on behalf of the agency.
