Proven ability to write finished intelligence product is required for this role. All Source intelligence analytical experience is required for this role. Experience: Individual must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in counterintelligence (CI) analysis in the USIC. Expert knowledge of analytic tradecraft, analytic standards and integrity, and analytic methodologies and tools is required. A thorough understanding of foreign adversary intelligence methodologies and collection interests is also required. (U) The individual must demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC; international political, economic, and military matters as they impact U.S. national security policy and issues; all aspects of the intelligence cycle; and core analytical competencies to include critical thinking skills and strong collaboration skills. (U) Education: Position requires individual to have earned a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
