As a Concrete Field Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing the technical side of concrete projects. You'll ensure everything meets the required specifications, keep quality control on point, and act as the go-between for project managers and field teams. We're looking for someone who knows their concrete materials and construction inside out, and who brings great communication and leadership skills to the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of concrete projects at various job sites.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to verify compliance with industry standards.
- Effectively communicate project progress and challenges to team members.
- Prepare project reports, including documentation of materials used, labor costs, and safety compliance.
