Senior ServiceNow Developer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification highly desired Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the modules listed above. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting. Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production. Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow.

Additional Job Requirements: Responsibilities:

1. Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. 2. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. 3. Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. 4. Designs and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software. 5. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. 6. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. 7. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. 8. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. 9. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. 10. Acts as team leader on projects. 11. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team. 12. Participates in development of software user manuals.
