Position: Security Guard

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: This position has fixed pay rate of $22/hour

Experience: Previous security experience preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Security Guard to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:
  1. Monitor assigned property and surrounding areas to maintain a safe environment.
  2. Conduct routine patrols and observe activities to detect suspicious behavior.
  3. Report security incidents and document observations accurately.
  4. Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies following established procedures.
  5. Control access to facilities by verifying identification and authorization.
  6. Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.
Position Requirements:
  1. Active Hawaii guard card is required.
  2. Valid driver's license required.
  3. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
  4. Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
  5. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to follow procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
