PRISM Inc. is seeking a Zscaler Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise client in Washington, DC. In this role, you will modernize cybersecurity platforms with a focus on Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and SASE implementations within a Microsoft environment. This position is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Platform Management: Deploy and manage Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including policy configuration, SAML integrations, and user onboarding. Security Integration: Align security tools with Microsoft Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune, and Microsoft Defender. Technical Operations: Support EDR, DLP, SIEM, and firewalls; perform health checks, upgrades, and migrations. Automation & Documentation: Automate routine tasks via scripting (PowerShell, Python) and maintain technical SOPs. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to advance Zero Trust initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS): 5+ years in cybersecurity; 2+ years of hands-on Zscaler administration. Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity (or 8+ years of equivalent experience). Proficiency in Windows/Linux admin, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and cloud-native security. Strong background in EDR, DLP, Secure Web Gateways, and SIEM troubleshooting. REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust (Position of Trust) security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in highly regulated environments. Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Office 365, and Zero Trust architecture. Zscaler Certified Administrator, Security+, CySA+, or Microsoft SC-300.
