Fire Damage Specialist – Intermediate (Level 3) Our client is seeking a motivated Fire Damage Specialist – Intermediate (Level 3) to support remediation and restoration efforts for residential and light commercial clients. This hands-on role is ideal for restoration professionals ready to take the next step—building leadership skills while contributing to complex, high-impact fire loss projects.In this position, you'll perform industry-standard fire and smoke remediation work while supporting and mentoring entry-level technicians and assisting advanced team members on larger or more complex projects. You'll be a key contributor to jobsite safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.To qualify:Minimum of 12 months of prior experience as a Fire Damage Specialist (or equivalent industry experience)Direct involvement in 25+ fire damage projectsKey Responsibilities Follow direction while working efficiently under supervisionCoordinate and guide small crews of unskilled labor to ensure productivity and quality outcomesPerform industry-standard fire, smoke, and odor removal techniquesExecute structural cleaning and pre-cleaning processes in fire-damaged environmentsSafely remove debris while protecting unaffected areas of the propertyAssist with installation and maintenance of containment systemsServe as an on-site resource for basic project questions, escalating issues when appropriateConduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, serviceable equipmentMaintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalismSafeguard client property in accordance with Our Client's quality standardsDeliver strong customer service under time-sensitive conditionsWork nights, weekends, and travel as requiredAccurately document labor hours, equipment use, and consumablesParticipate in company-sponsored safety and operational trainingRequirements & Expectations Supervise unskilled labor on residential and light commercial projectsPerform dry and wet pre-cleaning under supervisionAssist with debris removal, contents manipulation, and containment setupMaintain tools and equipment used in daily operationsSupport emergency response efforts as business needs requireWhy Join Our Client?
