Purpose and Impact This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability. We are seeking a Mid‑Level Counterintelligence Specialist to support various locations. The ideal candidate will need to do the following: identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. Apply an understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities, activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in‑depth analytic research and production of all‑source CI studies and contribute to developing CI strategies. Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.Work Schedule Standard 40‑hour work week between 0600 and 1800, Monday through Friday. Ability to work shift work if necessary.Essential Responsibilities Coordinate across USINDOPACOM staff elements to provide synchronized planning with J3 Planners and CI operations executors.Assist the ZEBRA GOLD Program Manager with the daily staffing and coordination of administrative documents to support Offensive CI Operations.Participate in quarterly USINDOPACOM OFCO Working Group to coordinate USINDOPACOM‑focused Offensive CI operations among AFOSI, DIA, NCIS, OUSDI, NCSC, USINDOPACOM Components, USFK, USFJ, other USG agencies, and FVEY partners.Conduct SME reviews of proposed and ongoing Offensive CI operations to advise the CCI CA of the risk v. gain ratio to inform USINDOPACOM leadership. The SME reviews will be coordinated throughout the USINDOPACOM Staff to provide coordination feedback for Joint Staff approval.Provide weekly briefs to the J3, J2, J30, DJ2, and other leaders as identified, to highlight Offensive CI operations impact on areas of interest to USINDOP ACOM.Coordinate and deconflict CI operational activity with other CCMD, service component commands, and sub‑unified commands on a regular basis to obtain operational feedback and validation of requirements.Assist in coordinating and deconflicting Offensive CI Operations to detect, deter, disrupt and counter foreign influence activities.Identify, author, and staff USINDOPACOM Offensive CI Operational Requirements.Coordinate with OFCO executors for operational updates, process feedback, upcoming passage material, operational deconfliction and coordination.Ensure information obtained through OFCO is disseminated to key decision makers via IIRs or other appropriate channels.Assist in the preparation and execution of Offensive CI Operations briefings to appropriate key decision makers.Identify Offensive CI operations opportunities that would support USINDOP ACOM Lines of Effort (LOE).Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Graduate of in‑residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.Possess basic CI agent training or law enforcement equivalent as well as training and/or experience in the conduct of Offensive CI Operations.Must be able to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program.Security Clearance Required TS/SCI.
