TargetingIntelligence AnalystPay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearConstellation is seeking an experienced TargetingIntelligence Analyst to provide strategic and operational intelligence analysis in support of national security, law enforcement, or corporate security missions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination, with expertise in threat analysis, geopolitical trends, and emerging risks. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable intelligence for decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct all-source intelligence analysis to assess threats, risks, and opportunities impacting national security or organizational objectives.Analyze open source, classified, and proprietary data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging threats.Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings for senior leadership.Utilize advanced analytical methodologies, data modeling, and intelligence tools to enhance analytical accuracy.Maintain situational awareness of geopolitical events, cyber threats, terrorism, and criminal activities.Support operational planning by providing intelligence-driven recommendations. Collaborate with intelligence agencies and law enforcement to share intelligence and coordinate efforts.Monitor and evaluate adversary capabilities, intent, and tactics to support proactive decision-making.Conduct intelligence fusion, integrating multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT).Prepare and present intelligence briefings to leadership, policymakers, and operational teams.Advise decision-makers on intelligence findings, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
