The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate intelligence findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.Work Location: Washington DCKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and apply analytical techniques to identify and exploit intelligence related to major, complex, multi-defendant investigations.Initiate intelligence requests to guide tasking and support collection management activities.Select, build, and refine query strategies across appropriate intelligence and law enforcement databases.Conduct social media, deep web, and dark web research and analysis.Perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis.Support efforts to de-anonymize individuals and suspects using approved tools and methodologies.Document, analyze, and disseminate intelligence findings in accordance with established standards.Utilize databases, geospatial data, and other intelligence resources to manage customer relationships and determine customer needs, requirements, and expectations.Identify intelligence gaps and assist in developing operational programs through analysis of message traffic, intelligence reporting, and other data sources.Coordinate with intelligence research specialists and cross‑functional team members to share information, resolve issues, eliminate duplication of effort, and support multi‑divisional activities.Prepare and deliver briefings on a wide range of intelligence topics to internal and external stakeholders.Recommend improvements and modifications to existing systems, processes, and analytical methodologies.Review and evaluate incoming intelligence to ensure completeness and compliance with data requirements prior to system entry.Prepare and submit weekly status reports, intelligence reports, reports of investigation, and briefing materials (including PowerPoint presentations).Complete all required ATF mandatory training, including computer security awareness and occupant emergency evacuation training.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.2 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience with OSINT, social media analysis, and database‑driven research.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal law enforcement or intelligence community missions.Familiarity with geospatial data and advanced analytical tools.Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one).BenefitsWe invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
