Job Summary Work Location: Fort Liberty, NC | Employment Type: Full‑Time, Senior‑Level | Department: Administrative and Logistics SupportCGS is seeking a skilled All‑Source Intelligence Analyst.Salary: $80,500 - $149,500 a year.Responsibilities Serve as the right‑hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject‑matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting; support programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators.Ensure intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.Perform all‑source intelligence analysis and production; interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to maximize collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.Provide analytic support for Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations, Security Impact Analysis, Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction, and crisis response operations and missions.Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, tools, and production of high‑quality intelligence products (assessments, briefings, presentations).Serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours, and be available to deploy on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.Enforce requirements, focus the team of intelligence analysts, and ensure quality control of products.Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight; direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data‑at‑rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision‑makers.Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all‑source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent government agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.Expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5)/GS‑14 level or higher.Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Benefits Health, Dental, and VisionLife Insurance401(k)Flexible Spending Account (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter)Paid Time Off and Observance of State/Federal HolidaysContact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
