ResponsibilitiesAccomplish complex studies requiring application of analytical and statistical methods and techniques.Provide Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program management and develop strategic communicationsConduct and synchronize enterprise-wide projects with very complex problems that are multivariate in both dependent and independent variablesConduct a value stream analysis to include all the supporting processes and then quickly move toward process improvement across the enterprise with precisionValidate projected return on investment for proposed projects in order to weight projects during the selection processReview existing strategic processes and effectiveness of outcomes obtained, and provide recommendations to senior officials to improve performanceStudy trends in Business Transformation (BT) efforts and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts to formulate recommendationsResearch and analyze problems and issues in order to draft and recommend solutions that optimize efforts to achieve program objectivesProvide support to develop, sustain, and deliver effective executive level curriculum on project selection and championing to drive the organization's improvements effortsEducationBachelor's degree (BA/BS) (Master's preferred) in related field from an accredited college or university.Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltRequiredFive or more years of verifiable experience leading multiple strategic, enterprise initiatives and training programs across multiple industriesLeading organizational development and improvement initiatives; organizational strategic planning and decision support;Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirementsCreative Business Solutions, Inc. is an affirmative action plan/equal employer opportunity and American Disabilities Act organization (AAP/EEO/ADA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
