Leverage advanced analytical tools, databases, and methodologies to produce actionable intelligence.Develop Target Packages: Create targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements, including target nominations, database records, target intelligence products, all-source analytic damage estimates, and battle damage assessments.Reporting and Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports supporting operational and strategic decision-making.Other responsibilities: Conduct collateral damage estimation, target list management, target strategy development, and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.QualificationsAt least 5 years supporting the Joint targeting cycle.Familiarity with Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, MDMP.Expert research and writing skills.Expert knowledge of GEOINT software (RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, ArcGIS).Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.Experience overseeing and executing target development per JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.Training in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.Desired ExperienceGPC-II Imagery Certification.Commercial visualization software experience.MS Office suite proficiency.Presentation experience at community forums and symposiums.Completion of Army or equivalent 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.EducationMA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years current Intelligence Analysis experience.BA or BS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years current Intelligence Analysis experience.HS diploma/GED AND specialized training with at least 20 years Intelligence Analysis experience.Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI with capability to obtain CI Poly if needed.LocationSpringfield, VA.About the CompanyPrescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded in 2008, specializing in counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
